    Dizziness

    • Dizziness, fainting or sudden development of a rapid heartbeat are serious side effects of Rogaine that require prompt medical treatment.

    Weight Gain

    • Swelling in the hands and feet and unexplained weight gain are side effects of Rogaine that are not common and should be evaluated by a physician.

    Allergic Reaction

    • Rogaine may cause symptoms of an allergic reaction, such as an itchy rash, hives and shortness of breath. It may cause swelling of the face and tongue, which can be life-threatening emergencies.
