And it can even be therapeutic to do this for a while.
But at some point you have to pick yourself back up and do something.
It is simply not good for you to be this depressed.
You should not say hello to Mr.
Heartache, but tell him goodbye and good riddance.
Don't let your break up turn you into something you're not.
Instead, put your energies into figuring out how to get your ex back fast.
Get off that couch, throw out the ice cream, and throw on some sweats.
Exercise to lose the weight you've gained in your depression, and tone your muscles to a point that they were in years gone by.

If you aren't great at doing your hair and nails, or if you just want something different and new, go to the salon.
Buy a new outfit if you can, or drag out a sexy one you haven't worn in a while.

When you are all cleaned up and feeling better about yourself, call your ex or go see him.
Tell him that you've thought about your break up, and you have realized why it happened.
