Introduction: Living with anxiety and the following panic attacks involves lots of pain.
When you are living with anxiety all the time it often result in physical and mental illness.
I want to the tips to prevent panic attacks and anxiety that I've used.
The fear is the bad guy: When you have anxiety and you fear it will result in a panic attack you are actually laying the foundation for the panic attack yourself.
The panic attack is a direct result of your fear of the panic attack itself.
If you have ever experienced a panic attack you know what I am talking about here.
Whatever you focus on you will attract into your life.
This is especially true when we are talking about anxiety and panic attacks.
The fear of the panic attack creates so much anxiety and the result will be a panic attack if you don't gain control.
The solution to avoiding the attacks is actually really simple.
All you need to do is stop fearing the attack.
In other words, you must greet it welcome.
I know this may sound nutty.
I used to think so myself.
My own story: When I turned twenty-one I began having anxiety.
Not much at first but the more I tried to obey my anxiety, the worse it got.
I started out with the fear that other was thinking badly about me.
Over the years it escalated into several panic attacks, and even though I did everything I was told by my psychiatrist it kept getting worse.
In 2007 I meet this guy telling me about, how it was the fear that caused the attacks and how I needed to get rid of my fear.
He gave me a few tips to prevent the panic attacks and very shortly after I began live my life fully again.
Conclusion: If you are anything like me, I imagine that you would do almost anything in order to gain control over your life again.
I understand, but let me tell you right here and now, it is not that hard.
