We all tend to find ways that help us express our feelings.
My way has always been through music.
Since I was a very little girl, music helped me to release anything I was feeling at the time.
I have taken that remedy with me through my whole life.
Music makes me happy, feel alive, allows me to feel sad, to cry, to be afraid, to remember times in my life.
I enjoy listening to music from all areas.
I like new music and the same old songs that I always listened to.
I even listen to an old song that comes on the radio that was so ridiculous because it makes me laugh and remember how corny we all were.
Music brings back so many memories because I have always compared a song to what was happening in my life.
Because I am a person that keeps a lot inside, music has helped me to feel better.
I have an mp3 player now that I've downloaded all my favorite songs on.
How great that is to hear the songs you love anywhere that you may be.
I still have my 45's, albums, cassette tapes, and yes, even those 8 track tapes.
Why? I'm not sure but they all meant something so it's hard to let go.
We all deal with life in different ways and it is healthy to find your own personal tool that will help you to feel good.
