The movie which began filming in March 2009 will be released on July 2, 2010 in both 3D and 2D projectors.
The movie stars Aang played by Noah Ringer, who is destined to be a hero but prefers his adventures over his job as the Avatar.
He and his friends, Sokka and Katara, will journey to the North Pole in order to find a waterbending master who can help to teach Katara and Aang the secrets of how to do everything correctly.
