There is an old saying that says we look like the food that we eat.
This obviously isn't true, but there is something that we can take away from this saying.
If we eat lots of fatty and oily foods we are going to look fat.

The logic is simple, burn more calories than we intake and we lose weight.
Sit on our bum all day and being lazy is just going to get us fat.
In conclusion, eating guilty-foods is just going to make losing weight all that much harder.

The buddy should be held responsible of your actions and keep you on track.
