Do you know that when you laugh you lose calories more than frowning? A premiere research to this effect was conducted by Vanderbilt University.
Researchers from this university recruit 90 respondents to measure and test how laughter can burn up calories.
The respondents were not informed that the real reason was to calculate their laughter because the researchers wanted genuine laughter to come out from the respondents.
They were asked to watch five different comedy clips and were told that they were being tested for their emotional reaction to different shows.
The result shows that movies the respondents laugh they heart out laughing burned calories more than with the boring clips which only measured the baseline the same with the resting metabolic rate.
It's a clear indication that laughter can speed up metabolism that is your key solution to lose that extra pounds.
Nevertheless, 20 percent is still a good figure to start you goal to lose weight.
It may not be the surest and fastest way to shed extra fats but it's the funniest and easiest way to dot it.
Along with consistent exercise and proper diet, weight loss could be just an easy word that can pass your lips and losing weight is never this fun.
So indeed, laughter is the greatest medicine and or a great way to lose weight in this case.
