To get flat abs fast, I quickly learned early on that fad dieting, ab exercises, and diet pills are just not going to cut it. Coincidentally, all 3 of those things are the most popular options most people go for when trying to flatten their stomach... go figure! Well, after failing miserably so many times before, I FINALLY came across something that changed my body like never before! Read on to discover the top 2 tips that enabled me to get a flatter stomach in just 8 weeks time!
1.) The Liquid Trio - There are 3 VERY powerful things I strongly recommend that you drink each and every day if you want to seriously annihilate belly fat once and for all. Those 3 things are green tea, apple cider vinegar, and good ol' water!
Green tea contains a plethora of antioxidants which will speed up your metabolic rate. Apple cider vinegar will curb your appetite, flush out toxins in your body, increase your metabolism, provide natural energy, and more! Drinking more water will also boost your metabolism, decrease hunger pangs, flush toxins out of your body, help you lose water weight, and so much more!
Now, for green tea, I recommend 1-2 cups daily, for apple cider vinegar, I recommend 3 tablespoons mixed into 8 ounces of water 3 times daily (preferably before meals), and for water, I recommend that you drink at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces for best results!
BONUS TIP: Stress plays a LARGE role in the accumulation of belly fat. The reason why this happens is due to a release of a chemical called cortisol. This chemical releases under high stressful situations (adrenaline), and when too much of it is released, it stores in your body... AS FAT... and typically around the belly area! So, I recommend that you do stress relieving exercises (heavy bag boxing, deep breathing exercises, stretching exercises, etc.).
2.) Alternate Calorie Patterns - My friend, if you want to seriously get flat abs fast, easy and consistently, then I strongly recommend that you firstly make sure that you go on a diet that is based on getting 100% proper nutrition, and secondly, make sure that the diet will naturally boost your metabolism as well. On that note, the diet I went on was based on a technique of alternating the pattern of when I ate nutrients. Sounds weird, but trust me, IT WORKS!
The reason this method worked so well is because our bodies become used to our eating patterns and will then regulate the metabolism according to that pattern. The program I went on designed a menu plan for me that broke this pattern each and every day. The end result? My metabolism soared to the maximum peak and this caused me to end up losing 52 pounds of fat and I flattened my belly in 8 weeks time... PERMANENTLY!
