They say that you can never be too nice.
Well, are they right? Or are there situations where being too nice can end up being detrimental to your success? If you have been bending over backwards to do things for your ex girlfriend to try to make her like you again, the answer is YES.
You can be too nice.
And you can end up getting caught up in a situation where you get taken for granted and the real kicker is, you won't win her back anyway.
So, the answer is yes, you can end up being too nice if you want your ex girlfriend back.
So, let's take a look at what usually happens when a guy is too nice to his ex girlfriend: Generally speaking, you are going to end up putting yourself in the friend zone with your ex girlfriend at best and at worst - you end up being just one of those guys she knows that will do her favors but she doesn't even consider a friend.
I've seen that play out many, many times before.
A good friend of mine made the mistake of acting too eager to help out his ex girlfriend and next thing you know - he is doing projects around her house, changing her oil, and even lending her money that she isn't going to pay back.
What happened in the end? She wound up hooking up with a guy at a bar one night and my friend just ended up getting shafted.
It's not the way to win her back.
Don't get me wrong, I don't want to give you the impression that you have to be a total jerk to your ex girlfriend.
That's not the best approach either.
You just have to know when to draw the line.
If you find yourself trying to do her a favor, honestly ask yourself...
would you be doing this if you knew for sure that she wasn't coming back to you? If the answer is yes, then go ahead and do it.
If the answer is no, then that is what you need to tell her.
The best way to win back an ex girlfriend is to make her attracted to you.
It's not by being so nice that she feels like she has to give you another chance.
In the real world, that is not going to make her want to be back in a relationship with you, though it may make her take you up on your offers to help her out.
