• If you want to party with big crowds, this is the place to be in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve. The Famous Fremont Street Experience features millions of lights and is flanked on all sides by flashy neon and tall buildings. This street seriously comes alive on New Year's Eve, when live bands take to the streets on a number of stages and hundreds of vendors sell food and beverages. Tao

• Christina Aguilera brought in 2010 at this hot restaurant and club, flanked by celebrity friends Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher and Cameron Diaz. Tao was named the top-grossing restaurant in the world in 2009 by Forbes Magazine and this Asian-influenced playground does what it takes to keep that pace. You can dance and dine surrounded by the club's luxurious deep red and gold linens or you can rent a private bungalow and chill poolside while world-class DJs keep the party hopping all night long. Tickets for Tao's 2010 party went for $150 each and included appetizers throughout the evening, a champagne toast. and and plenty of stargazing.
