My point is not to annoy anyone - rather to get them off their butts and doing the things they need to do.

What is wrong with people today? How is it possible that we have more opportunity than ever before to build a lifestyle that most only dream of...
yet people are now lazier than ever before? Everywhere you look, there is opportunity abound.
The internet has made it easier to start a business (at next to no cost).
We are connected worldwide.
You can get free access to the net or to any book you could want for free at the library.
You can get a free million-dollar-education thanks to the internet...
yet people continue to whine about their present situation.
Just yesterday, I sent out a newsletter to my list announcing a programme I am taking part in.
There are 117 entrepreneurs who are giving away their educational products for free - the only catch is you need to sign up for their newsletter with an email address.
You could get access to 117 different books, reports, software programs and marketing tools - in trade for your email address.
No money to change hands - no obligation for anything.
If you don't like the person's newsletter (from when you gave them your email in trade for their book) all you have to do is click the unsubscribe button in their emails.
Gone.
Vamoose.
Never to be heard from again.
One click - done.
Thousands of dollars worth of books, reports and software - for free.
Yet I got a surprising number of complaints from my newsletter list.
"That's a scam - you have to give your email address..
..
!" Or...
"I can't believe how unethical you are for asking for an email address in order to get your 3 books" Sorry to be blunt here - "What in the HELL are these people's problems?" Free books and software in trade for an email address...
and that's not good enough.
I would love to grab them and ask them 3 questions: Do I have to read them for you too? Do I have to implement the techniques learned into your business too? Do I have to make you successful without you having to do a thing? Some of these people have reached the pinnacle of laziness.
They have reached the "money for nothing and success for free" attitude.
An attitude that will DESTIN you for failure for the rest of your life...
unless the attitude changes.
You will never be successful if you are willing to learn what you need to learn - and then (most importantly) IMPLEMENT what you learn into your life and business.
It is appalling to me that people think they are owed all this - for nothing.
Success in business ALL about taking action, passionate persistence, pig headed determination, and countless numbers of failures to find out what works and what doesn't.
I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on my business education - and countless other tens of thousands on the mistakes I made along the way.
I don't expect things - I know that it is entirely up to me to make it happen.
Ya, I screw up - everyone does.
But I never expect people to hand me things on a silver platter "just because...
" I can't say exactly why people are behaving like this - buy I can honestly say I will never be that way, nor will my kids ever be allowed to think like that.
So next time someone hands you thousands of dollars of education for free - do what it takes to get the education then ACT on what you learn.
Success is all about action - and implementation of what you learn.
Make it happen...
the tools are there if you are willing to try - and persist until it is yours.
If you know anyone who falls for this kind of mentality - give them a cuff to the head.
Kidding.
Mostly.
Try and talk some sense into them anyhow - someone has to...
before they pass it on to their kids...
and their grandkids...
and so on down the generational path.
Success in life and in business can be yours - but you actually have to give something to get in life.
Go figure.
