Do you remember your first bubble bath? I don't think I do, but there have been a few over the years.
Sea Salt Soak In addition to the Epsom salts soak for pain relief and bubble bath soak for whatever relief I love the sea salt soak.
Sea Salt Health I really don't know whether there is a true health advantage to this or not.
But I do know that I always feel better afterwards.
It seems to me that my muscles relax, my stress reduces, my good nature returns as well as a host of other great things that happen to me as a result of soaking in a fairly concentrated sea salt bath.
Does It Matter? I am always wondering whether it is important to know what other people feel and/or experience with a certain exercise.
All I know is that I do like to lie in my bathtub with a fairly hefty concentration of sea salt and soak and soak and soak.
My family likes for me to do it as well because I always emerge in such a good mood and usually am a fairly easy push over for whatever they desire.
Choices Certainly there are many choices as to how one treats one's body.
I love the sea salt soak, but that's not to say that there aren't other equally valid ways of letting go.
In today's world it is great, if not essential, to have ways of recovering from the tensions of the day and becoming a useful member of the family.
Personally the various health related ways appeal to me more than the less health related ones.
Eat, Drink, Soak, Run, Meditate There are times that I feel that I could eat a horse.
Eating can become a way of soothing the stress of the day.
However, it does eventually catch up with you and you have to do the stop eating regime.
You are welcome to run as far as you like (or as far as you knees will allow) in order to alleviate the pressures of the day.
However, I prefer not to look forward to knee replacements in later life.
You can find a quiet and wonderfully restful place to meditate and release all that tension that has built up during the day.
I know it works for some, but if I am uptight the last thing I am able to do is meditate.
So for me the soak in a sea salt bath is the best and most wonderful solution to destroying the day's stress and getting into the mood for the wonderful rest of the day and night.
Conclusion Whatever your addiction or whatever your passion or whatever your escape, do try a sea salt soak either alone or with your closest friend before you decide finally on the best way to continue living each day.
