I hate diets!Every diet that I have tried or looked into has told me that I can't eat my favorite foods at all or I can only eat them every other two weeks, and then I can only eat a fraction of a serving.
Hooray! I can have one piece of a Hershey bar!Who eats one piece of a Hershey bar?Or one slice of pizza? I don't know about you, but I much prefer to actually eat the food rather than have it as a piece of artistic work on my table to remind me of what I'm not enjoying.
But I'm losing weight; a whole pound a week.

Hey, it would be a miracle, but I don't see it happening.

Learn what foods are naturally going to kick your metabolism in the butt and get it going.
Let's face it, we all know that we're supposed to workout along with a diet to get the best results.
However, if our metabolism isn't working to it's full potential, we're not going to have the energy to walk to the mail box, let alone walk to miles on the tread mill of death and lift weights till our arms fall off.
There are better ways to loose weight than just following the group with the latest fad diet.
