If you can only exercise for 10 minutes a day several times a day, that's better than nothing.

Reduce the stress in your life by doing one thing a day that you enjoy, just for you. Read a book. Watch a sunset. Paint or draw. Plant a flower. Meditate. Whatever gives you a happy, calm feeling, try to indulge yourself for a few minutes every day. Not only will this help prevent emotional eating, it will give you the ability to reflect and gain better impulse control.
