Breathing is important thing for every human, animal, and other organism in the world. Breathing is a process where organism take an oxygen and dispose a carbon dioxide. Organism need breathing to metabolism. Beside that, it has other benefits. One of them is reducing stress. Is it true?
If we look at the physiological side, stress is a condition where the brain has oxygen insufficiency or regulatory disturbance at the brain. Automatically, when it has insufficiency or disturbance, the capability of brain has decrease, so we can conclude that the other cause of stress is INSUFFICIENT OXYGEN AT THE BRAIN. To handle this condition, we must expedite our BLOOD SUPPLY to the brain. But, wait a minutes.. Blood supply like what?..Of course, blood supply that rich of oxygen. Yes, a blood supply that rich of oxygen, so the brain will working better.
A Guru having teach me how to do breathing exercise. "Reduce your stress, make it positive energy" like he said. Breathing exercise steps that I was learn, are:
1. Find the quite place and make sure there are no one can disturb you.
2. Lose your accessories, such as: watch, bracelet, belt, etc.
3. Sit down with comfortable position, I recommend sit with folded and crossed legs.
4. Take a breath slowly.. Deeply.. Feel the fresh smells
5. Hold up at the stomach, approximately 3 second
6. Out a breath slowly..deeply by the mouth
7. Repeat several times
You can do it every where and every time. When you've feel stress, do a breathe exercise. This exercise is a healthier way to reducing stress, without smoking, drinking , or drugs we can do it easy, safely and at no cost.
