Also, be sure to avoid eating too much canned and packaged foods since they are kept preserved with lots of sodium.

Avoid Eating Too Much Processed Foods - Processed foods is one of the top culprits for obesity all over the world.
There are so many different things wrong with eating processed foods, but to sum up what's wrong with eating this type of food in three words would be...
it's very unnatural.
Processed foods (boxed, canned, junk food, etc.
) strip away important nutrients that the body needs and are replaced with substances that the body can not digest.

Keep Your Cheating To A Minimum - Yes, I do recommend that you have a little "bad food" once in awhile to prevent yourself from over-indulging, binge-eating, and/or becoming too weak and give up all together.
However, it is extremely important that you avoid eating too much cheat food at once and/or having too many cheat days back to back.
The reason why is twofold.
First, this could easily cause you to drift right back into your old ways, and second, you may actually make it difficult to still lose weight since cheat foods are either very high in calories or carbs.

Eat Smaller Meals Often - To make your metabolism skyrocket to the maximum peak, to stop feeling annoying hunger pangs all day, and to decrease craving urges, I highly recommend that you eat 4-5 small healthy meals a day.
