During my high school years everything looked perfect to me.
I had a boyfriend who loved me, friends to do everything with, good grades and a slim body - NOT.
OK who am I kidding? This isn't high school musical where everything is perfect and I admit I was overweight but I lost 20 pounds and I want to share my success story with everyone who is in a phase where they desperately need to lose weight and follow easy abdominal development programs.
First and foremost I cut down my alcohol intake.
I admit today that every Saturday night I used to go out with my friends and have a round of beer or two.
Alcohol plumps up your stomach, makes you feel hungrier then you are and lets just admit it, makes you lose control of everything in your life, which brings me to the second largest contributor towards my weight, FOOD.
Yes another reason I never stuck to any abdominal development programs.
Too many hamburgers, French fries, tacos and deep fried delights were also the main reason that I gained a lot of weight.
As soon as I stopped eating greasy foods and instead concentrated on eating simple home cooked meals, grilled meat, vegetables and lots of water, I got immediate results! I am now a regular at the gym where I have started exercising.
But before exercising I had already lost 20 pounds by just decreasing the amount of grease that had me addicted.
Remember that before you can start working on your abs through abdominal development programs and routines that you decide to follow, you will have to cut down belly fat.
Losing weight makes me feel more beautiful and more energetic.
I now have a healthy active lifestyle and love what a little determination effected my life in the biggest way imaginable.
