  The sexy cat is always a popular Halloween costume. It's relatively simple: just add a pair of cat ears and a tail to most any black outfit, from a bodysuit to a mini-dress or even black jeans and a t-shirt. Ears and tail can be purchased almost anywhere during the Halloween season--costume shops, drug stores and even dollar stores often carry them. The accessories are only part of the costume, however. To complete the sexy cat outfit, you'll need to apply some makeup.
  
  

Eyes

• The main feature of the sexy cat makeup look is the eyes. You will need some black eyeliner, preferably liquid, gel or cream that is applied with a brush. The liner should run from the very inside of the upper lid all the way past the lash line, swooping up slightly. Build a thicker line by brushing a second and third line. This takes a very steady hand and some practice. For a more dramatic look, paint a line just under the bottom lid, below the lash line. Apply mascara or self-adhesive false eyelashes.
  
  

Nose

• To add a cat's nose, use the eyeliner or black Halloween makeup to paint an upside-down triangle on the tip of your nose, with the point between the nostrils.
  
  

Mouth

• Wear red or black lipstick. For best results, apply lip liner, then fill in with lip color.
  
  

Cheeks

• For whiskers, use eyeliner to quickly brush three lines on each cheek. If you prefer, brush a dark blush and/or apply glitter to the cheekbones, swooping up to the temples.
