ACP PEDIATRICIANS, BABY FOOD INDUSTRY OVER ‘SAFE’ TO THE MISINFORMATION

An invitation to evaluate the products with a short chain
The Association: "It is not 'scientifically proven higher quality' food industry specific for children and for the nutrition of children compared to natural products"

The higher quality 'and safety of the baby food industry compared to natural products are not scientifically proven. It supports the Cultural Association of Pediatricians (ACP), which dissociates from the "Recommendations on the benefits of child-specific food industry for nutrition of children, recently distributed a brochure for families from the Italian Federation of Pediatricians (FIMP)" ACP said in a statement.

In the brochure it says that: "The fresh fruit contains 50% of the levels of pesticides unsuitable child" and that "35% of grain in Italy contains residues of pesticides are too high for infant feeding."
