There are million of diets out there that claim to be fat burning diets.
Are these for real? Do they really work? Is the result long-lasting? Or is it all a myth? The key to weight loss is to put in fewer calories than your body gets rid off in one day.
The idea behind fat burning diets is that the type of food you are eating contains fewer calories than your body burns to be able to digest it.
In a nutshell, fat burning foods are foods that are fresh and natural which will make your digestive system work harder.
Don't go on a two week carrot and broccoli diet.
You need to find a balanced diet that you can stick to after you have reached your goal weight.
You have not worked that hard, just to put everything back on again.
Think about what got you to where you are in the first place.
You need to change your life style.
Even if you to on to an amazing fat burning diet today, but then go back to your old way of living, you WILL pick up all that weight again.
I'm going to give you 4 tips on what to do to lose weight, just to get you started: 1.
Eat breakfast.
I know, it's almost a cliché, but it is the most important meal of the day.
It breaks the fast during the night, it will either kick start your day, or wreck your day.
It will also set the mood for the day.
If you don't eat breakfast, it's very unlikely you will feel like lunch.
By the time you eat dinner you are absolutely starved and will eat anything that comes your way.
2.
Start exercising.
As little as 15 minutes per day will make a difference.
Muscles burn fat, so the more muscles you have the more fat your body will burn.
Don't be afraid of lifting a bit of weights, it will help you shed your own weight.
3.
Stop with junk food and sodas.
When I say stop I mean STOP COMPLETELY.
They do you absolutely no good.
4.
Make a shopping list.
Make sure you don't have a whole lot of junk food in your cupboards.
If you don't have it there, it's much less likely you will stuff yourself with it.
Buy fruits and nuts instead.
Train your mind to crave healthy snacks.
Don't leave it for tomorrow.
Start today.
You will be successful if you use a bit of common sense.
So don't buy into any fads about fat burning diets.
