Machine Fails to Vend
1Correct load-in cans or snacks by properly positioning them inside their coils. Use the access key to open the front door of the vending machine. Slide the top tray out first and position the items straight inside the coils from back to front. Fill each coil and refrain from leaving any coil empty.
2
If an item becomes jammed, disconnect the machine from its power source.
3
Pull the vending machine from the wall to locate the access panel. Unscrew the access panel's screws with a Phillips screwdriver or hit the button to release the access panel door. Refer to the vending machine's instruction guide to find your model's motor.
4
Remove the motor cover panel and reassemble any motor notches that are out of position; to ensure that all notches are in place, make sure that the key notch -- designated by a color-coded strip -- faces the "12 o'clock" position. Once the notch is positioned back into its factory setting, all other notches will simultaneously reposition back into place. Shut the motor door once all notch keys are back into position.
5
From inside the vending machine's display cabinet, clear the item that is causing the jam by hand. Close and lock the display door. Switch the power back on once the item is cleared.
