Tracking status

Once you have submitted the necessary documents, it will take a maximum of 3 working days for the application to be processed. To know the status of your requisition, you can track it on the official website. All you have to do is log into your account by submitting your reference number, along with your passport number, date of birth and the access code. You can also opt for an alert service from any of the outsourcing services for an additional charge to get instant alerts on your email or phone. Once you have received the verification of your application you can collect your approved documents from the jurisdiction centre or the outsourced centre.
