How to Wire Multiple Low Voltage Buzzers

    • 1). Insert the red and black wires of the battery holder into the solderless breadboard. The two wires must be in separate columns.

    • 2). Insert a jumper wire into the red wire's column, and place the jumper wire's other end into a second column. To this second column, add the positive or plus lead of the first piezo buzzer. Turn the buzzer so that its negative lead falls into a different column.

    • 3). Insert either the left or right end wire of the potentiometer or pot into the same column that the first buzzer's negative lead is in. Place the pot's middle wire into a new column.

    • 4). Attach the second buzzer's positive lead into the same column that the pot's middle wire is in, and guide its negative lead into a different one. Insert one end of a jumper wire into this very column, but connect the remaining end of the jumper wire into the column that the black lead of the battery holder is in.

    • 5). Place the battery into the holder. Adjust the knob on the potentiometer back and forth. The first buzzer will always make a steady sound, but the volume on the second buzzer will change.
