Mindset matters most.
Many people try to change their weight by changing their eating and exercise but they spend no time or effort working on the one thing that always stands in the way - their limiting thinking.
The thoughts you have in your head, "I will never lose this weight.
" "I was just meant to be fat.
" will sabotage your weight loss quicker than any donut.
Start today to CANCEL these limiting thoughts when you hear them and replace them with positive ones, "I know I am strong enough to lose this weight.

Eat food mindfully.
One huge saboteur is mindless eating but when you become mindful you naturally slow your pace of eating, notice your food more and make better eating decisions.
I have had many clients succeed with only this one skill.

Avoid getting too hungry.
It can be a temptation to simply stop eating or cut your calories very low but this will backfire and commonly leads to binging.
Work with your body for weight loss and it will reward you.
The fact is your body needs good lean protein, vegetables, whole grain carbs and even good fats to run properly.
Give your body these foods regularly and you end the weight loss battle.

Move more.
Your body loves to move and it was designed for motion so treat your body to some exercise.
Any exercise will help you burn fat and make you feel more alive.
If you have not been able to lose weight in the past then it is time for a new approach, begin to use the tips above in your daily life and you will soon reap the rewards.
