Eat Calories and Eat Right - The Importance of Watching Your Calorie Intake

Some people tend to think that watching your caloric intake is the main function of a healthy diet.
I would agree with this, to a certain extent.
But don't overdo it.

My doctor recommended to eat foods that are high in complex carbs and fibers.
You also have to be careful about seemingly healthy foods such as nuts and seeds.
They are oftentimes high in calories.
I would focus more on what to eat when eating out.
This is most likely to be more problematic than when choosing a meal at home.
Be smart when eating out, and don't overindulge yourself.
If you can't eat all your food, take it with you or leave it there.
Eating salad, substituting soda with water, and avoiding the fried foods can drastically improve your caloric intake.
Finding the right diet can be difficult, but there is help.
I am living proof that you can eat calories and still eat right, but you have to do it the right way.
