Weight Loss Motivation Tips

My wife rushed in and said "hey, I am 24 pounds down".
Knowing that her past 15 year barrier was 15 pounds, I decided to investigate where her motivation came from.
I found out her mom motivated her with a $1,000 new wardrobe shopping spree for reaching a certain goal.
A few years ago, I was about 35 pounds over and used revealing pictures as a source for my motivation.
I put on some tight shorts and had my wife take pictures from all angles.
Then I plastered pictures on all mirrors, my refrigerator and on the dash in my truck.
That worked! The following is a Weight Loss Motivation Tip that has worked for me in the past.
I also went and had my body fat measured to the tune of 24.
5%.
The pictures and the body fat readings were all the motivation I needed.
I joined a gym, started working out 6 days a week.
Then I wrote down everything I ate and changed my eating habits to 5 small meals a day.
I drank a lot of coffee, but very little water.
So, I cut back on the coffee, and started drinking 8 glasses of water a day.
Now my wife is 24.
5 pounds down and we are exercising together, and motivating each other.
We are having fun and using diet and exercise to spend more time together.
She said it reminds her of when we were younger.
We also have taken a more holistic approach and are using methods to rid ourself of those little creatures such as worms and parasites that rob us of energy and clog the pipes in our human exhaust system.
Find your own weight loss motivation, something that works.
