Hi, my name is Beth Ann Warren. I'm a licensed aesthetician and professional makeup artist in Los Angeles, California and today I'm going to show you how to clean false eyelashes. If you've been wearing false eyelashes and you want to wear them again, in order to keep them nice and fresh for your next application, you need to make sure to clean them really well after each use. For this, the materials that you'll need are a bowl of soapy warm water, a bottle of 99 percent alcohol, two cue tips, and a bottle of makeup remover and of course, your soiled lashes. If you've been wearing your lashes, you most likely have eye makeup on them, so the first thing that I would do is take the lash, put some eye makeup remover, use a cue tip, sit the lash down, clean very gently with the cue tip and the eye makeup remover. The next step in the cleaning process is going to be to spray them with some 99 percent alcohol, and again, I'm going to take a new fresh cue tip and I'm going to run the cue tip along the lash hairs just to make sure I'm getting the alcohol on every one. Flip it over, do the same thing on the other side and then I'm going to take the lash and then I'm going to soak it in some warm soapy water. I'm going to let it soak for about five to ten minutes. Then I'm going to remove the lash. I'm going to pat the lash pretty dry. I'm just going to peel off any residual glue. Should be pretty loose right now especially from the warm soapy water so I'm just going to peel that off and I'm going to take the clean lash and place it back. I'm just going to leave the lashes out to dry overnight. Again, my name is Beth Ann Warren. I really appreciate you watching my video today on how to clean false eyelashes.
