The 9 Bad Habits---Challenges in Anti-Aging

It's really distressing that wrinkles crept onto your face as time goes by. Do you have the following 9 bad habits that lead to wrinkles? Just think over about them!

1.Staying up all night

Staying up all night is the enemy of the skin care which will lead to disorders of skin cell and affect the epidermal cell vitality.So it's important to sleep for at least 8 hours everyday.A sweet sleep can eliminate skin fatigue and recover skin cell's regulatory activities,thus slowing down the aging of the skin.

2.Too much exposure to the sun

It's no good for you to absorb too much UV. Not only your skin will turn black and rough,but also too much UV leads to skin cancer.Direct exposure to the sun damage the elastic fiber and collagen in your skin cell,resulting in loose,dull facial skin and wrinkles.Therefore,you'd better develop the good habit of using sunscreen lotion.

3.Smoking & Drinking

Nicotine has contracting effects on skin blood vessels.So smokers have wrinkles 10 years earlier than non-smokers.Alcohol reduces the amount of skin oil and leads to dehydration,indirectly affecting the normal function of the skin.

4.Too rich in facial expressions

Frequent squinting, frowning, laughing and curling your lip will cause an increase in wrinkles. So it's best to minimize the excessive facial expressions

5.Lack of water intake

Water is the source of life. Replenishing skin enough moisture is the key to skin care. Lack of water intake will lead to less oil secretion, and skin dehydration. It's recommended to drink 6 to 8 cups of water everyday.

6.Disliking doing exercise

This is not good. Appropriate amount of exercise can promote blood circulation, so as to relax muscles, enhance the lubrication of the skin,and give your body the opportunity to sweat. All these reduce the chance of skin aging.

7.Incomplete make-up remover

Most of us will make this mistake. Common cleanser can not clean the make-up thoroughly. You should do deep facial cleansing regularly, because the dirt,which is invisible to naked eyes,clogs the pores and affects the proper breathe of the skin.

8.Knowing little about your skin

Do you really know your skin? You can't make the right choice of skin care products until you truly know your skin.Skin test can help you learn more about yourself.

9.Taking to spicy food & keeping away from vitamin

Stop doing like this immediately!
