Word has no shortage of shortcut keys, but some of the common ones include locating words within the document by pressing "CTRL" and "F" or centering paragraphs by pressing "CTRL" and "E."

- For avid email users, attachments can seem scary; after all, downloaded files can easily transmit computer viruses. Even if someone sends a file with no ill intention, the potential exists of accidentally sending a virus. Luckily, Microsoft Outlook offers a way around this issue with a preview option. When reading an email that contains an attachment, simply right-click the attachment, then click the "Preview" option on the menu that appears. This action will allow a glimpse of the file, after which you can choose to download it.
