- 1). Open the Start menu and type "notepad" into the Windows Live Search Box. Press "Enter" to launch Notepad.
- 2). Copy the list of font names from the link in the "References" section.
- 3). Paste the font names into the Notepad window.
- 4). Click the "File" menu button and select "Save."
- 5). Type "fonts.reg" into the "Save As" text box, then save the entire file to your desktop.
- 6). Close Notepad, then double-click the "Fonts.reg" file on your desktop. Confirm your choice, then restart your computer once the process has finished. Upon restart, your default Windows font should be back to normal.
