Knowing Only a Few Self Defense Moves Could Keep You Alive

Knowing only a few of the many self defense moves could save your life if you are attacked.
Defense moves will help you fight back even if you are smaller than your assailant.
Attacks happen in just a few seconds and there is no time to think about what to do, you just need to act.
If you learn a few self defense moves you will not have to think you will just react and be able to stop any attacker.
Every woman has been told during the course of her life to kick a man in the groin if you are being attacked.
So few of us have been told that this will work on a woman too, and she is less likely to expect it.
If you can, use your knee instead of extending your leg.
When your leg is out the attacked could possibly grab it and pull you off your feet.
If a kick to the groin did not work there are other self defense moves that will work.
If you are face to face with your attacker use your fingers like claws and jab them into the person's forehead.
It does not matter if you have long nails or not, just drag your hand down with as much force as you can.
This is not something that you may want to do but you may have to do it to get away.
Some people attack others so they can get fights caught on tape, with these people you need to expect anything.
If pulling your fingers down the attackers face did not work you can use more nasty self defense moves to get away.
This might sound hard but remember the person attacking you does not about your life, and you cannot be afraid to hurt them.
Take your thumbs and push them into the attackers' eyes with as much force as you can.
They will let go of you to cover their face and that is when you run and get help.
If your attacker only uses one hand to cover their face and does not let go of you use one of the other self defense moves on them.
Make a fist and punch them in the hollow part of the throat, this is closer to the chest.
The pain from this is very bad and they will lose their breath.
If you are being attacked from behind, there are other self defense moves that you should know.
Using the heel of your foot raise your leg a little and drag it down the person shin before you stomp your foot into theirs.
Put all the weight you can into the stomp and dig in.
If the pain does not cause your attacker to release you, throw your head back as fast and hard as you can and hit them in the forehead.
This will not hurt you as much as it will them and it will give you enough time to get away.
These self defense moves are only the beginning you can take classes that will teach you the proper way to do them and more moves, but these are a start and they will help.
