Why Can"t Men Talk About Their Feelings? Here"s Why He Can"t Easily Express His Emotional Side!

You know something's wrong, and you can see that it's eating him up, but he won't talk about it.
You know he likes you, you can tell by how he responds to you, but he won't talk about it and won't admit it.
You clearly know that he has feelings, but why can't men just talk about their feelings openly? Here's why men can't easily express their emotional side: They Don't Think It Will Help If something is bothering him, for instance, he doesn't think it will help or make him feel better to talk about it.
In fact, he thinks it will probably make him feel worse, because talking doesn't SOLVE the problem, it only expresses the problem further.
Men SHOW Their Feelings, But Don't Always Tell He does lots of things all the time, which you never even notice or pick up on which tell you or show you his feelings.
For instance: he may stick around and hear you out when you are criticizing him for something.
If he didn't care about your opinion, he'd not bother listening at all; which is a prime example of how a man could SHOW you his feelings, instead of tell you.
He Doesn't Know What He's Feeling If he's confused and doesn't know yet how he's even feeling, he'll have a hard time describing it.
Women, when they are confused, however, can easily describe what they are going through, because women like to talk it out.
Men, however, don't know how to identify certain feelings, especially if they are doubtful or are confused about something.
Thus they get stuck trying to communicate.
You May Use It Against Him If he tells you EXACTLY what you said that hurt him, and how that made him feel; you could say something similar in the future when you want to retaliate.
He fears that by opening up that much to you, you could potentially hurt him.
He's Not Sure How You Will Take His Honesty If you are asking him to be open about something like a criticism or what he thinks about something that could potentially be a hurtful judgment, he may refuse to open up at all.
If he opens up to you emotionally, he may tell you some things he doesn't like about you, or he may be honest about some things he'd prefer to be different; and you may take that harshly or it may hurt you; so he refuses to open up at all.
