What To Do For Your Erectile Dysfunction

Do you suffer from erectile dysfunction? A lot of men do, and the cause of it can be for a number of reasons.
Some times a poor lifestyle can be the reason while other reasons can be because of physical reasons.
Erectile dysfunction can mean a number of things, but mostly it refers to the inability to get and sustain an erection for a long period of time.
I myself used to struggle with erectile dysfunction issues.
I can remember that one time me and an ex-girlfriend of mine were fooling around in the back seat of my car and she reached down for my penis but it was like grabbing a ball of air.
She made the comment "I knew this was going to happen", and I just sat there looking foolishly with my small and weak penis.
I can remember using Viagra as a way to help my erection problems and it worked beautifully.
But it was expensive.
With Viagra, I didn't even have to think about anything and I got a hard penis.
It was like a miracle pill to me.
I had no idea that it would work in the way that it did, and other people that I've spoken with said that they didn't have to think about anything either - it just worked.
Even men who commonly experience erectile dysfunction usually experience it around the age of 65, it can happen at any age.
I was around 22 years old when it happened to me, and I couldn't understand why it was happening.
Eventually I had discovered something called "penis enlargement exercises", and was able to solve my erection problems naturally without the use of Viagra (or vitamin "V" as I like to call it).
When I was experiencing my erection problems, I noticed that my ejaculate amount was lower, it took me a long time to achieve erections, and my recovery time between intercourse was shortened.
I had a poor self image at the time and my self confidence level was lower than it had ever been.
What I did to fix my erection problems was use a form of erection strengthening exercises called "PC exercises".
This is an all natural alternative to pills such as Viagra, and it works effectively for strengthening your erections.
PC exercises work on the basis of the PC muscle - a muscle that is found directly underneath your penis.
But even with all natural solutions such as PC exercises, some men still want to use pills as a way to solve their problem.
Pills aren't bad, they just come with a few unwanted side effects that can make taking them a pain.
For example, penis pills contain an ingredient called Yohimbe that is known to cause headaches, vomiting, diarrhea, and even nausea.
If you don't want to experience any of those side effects, I suggest that you stay away from penis pills.
If you suffer from heart disease, then drugs such as Viagra are out of the question for you.
Plus, pills aren't good as a long term solution.
It can take a while to flush out all of the Viagra from your system - so stick with exercises instead.
You can beat erectile dysfunction but you just need the right information to do so.
