- 1). Plug the Kindle into a computer using the USB connector cable. The computer recognizes the Kindle as a removable drive.
- 2). Right-click the Windows "Start" button and open Windows Explorer.
- 3). Click the "Kindle Removable Drive" entry in the left pane. Subfolders located on the Kindle are listed in the right pane.
- 4). Navigate to the PDF in the Kindle file system. Click on the PDF and hold the mouse button down to drag the file. Drag the PDF to the desktop and drop the file on the desktop.
- 5). Close Windows Explorer and unplug the Kindle from the computer.
- 6). Plug the BlackBerry in to the computer using the USB connector cable. The computer recognizes the BlackBerry as a removable drive. A prompt appears on the BlackBerry asking if you want to enable "Mass Storage Mode."
- 7). Select "Yes" on the BlackBerry and press the trackpad or trackball. Mass Storage Mode enables the computer to interact with the device as if it were a removable storage drive.
- 8). Right-click on the Windows "Start" button and re-open Windows Explorer. Now the BlackBerry lists in the left pane as a removable drive in Explorer.
- 9). Click on the "BlackBerry Removable Drive" option in the left pane of Windows Explorer. A folder named "BlackBerry" appears in the right pane.

Click the "BlackBerry" folder. Subfolders are shown in the right pane. - 11
Click the folder where you would like to store the PDF. "Downloads" or "Applications" are easily accessible from the Home screen. - 12
Drag the PDF from the desktop and drop the file into the desired folder on the BlackBerry. - 13
Disconnect the BlackBerry from the computer. - 14
Press the "Menu" button on the BlackBerry, then click on the folder icon where the PDF is stored. - 15
Select the "PDF" file and press the trackpad or trackball. The PDF opens with the BlackBerry native PDF viewer.
