This works really well for all of the men learning how to jelq, and need a little "competitive" advantage..
:-) The truth is, jelqing works amazingly well on it's own.
But, if you've been a student of male enhancement exercise for any length of time, you probably already know that there are lots of unique twists, tactics and techniques that promise to IMPROVE the results you can expect to get.
Some work very, very well.
Some NOT so much..
:-) One of the best ways to increase your output from jelqing is warming up, and warming down.
While there are lots of tips out there for doing this, it amazes how many men are NOT using the most obvious approach there is.
Filed Under:Do THIS 5 minutes before you start to jelq (and for 5 minutes after you're finished if you can find the time) Warm up a light rag or hand towel.
Nothing too heavy...
and do NOT warm it up to the point of being uncomfortably hot to the touch.
(as this is obviously going to be touching your skin in a minute..
:-) Emulate the jelqing motion or technique you usually use at 25% or half speed, but rather than using your hands, use the compress as the conduit.
All you are trying to do is facilitate better blood flow to and through the corposa cavernosa before you begin, and loosen up the spongy tissue in the primary penile chamber, simply to make it more pliable and receptive to "stress", which is really what jelqing does at heart.
For an extra boost? Repeat the same process when you are done.
Time allowing, it's a great way to "lock in" the benefits we all feel immediately after practicing, and for me and many other men, it's a great feeling that lasts throughout the day..
