Motorola introduced the Motorola V3 in cosmic blue color keeping in mind the style conscious and the professionals. In terms of design Motorola has come with a winner. Camera

The front of the phone has a VGA camera and a 260K-colour display that shows the time on top of a picture of your choice. The external display doubles as a viewfinder for taking self-portrait shots.

Design

A slight flick and the blue mobile phone flick opens to show the beautiful 2.2-inch TFT display which supports up to 260K colors. The display is quite bright.

Keys

On the second side of the flip phone you see the flat keypad that is etched out of a single sheet of nickel-plated copper-alloy. The keypad is back lit in electro-luminescent blue. The keypad is easy to use as it is large and well spaced out. Two softkeys and the menu key are at the top, and underneath you'll find a flat five-way navigation pad, answer and reject keys, message shortcut, WAP key and the numerical section.

Software

Number of software in this phone makes it a powerful device. The bundled software CD contains Motorola's mobile PhoneTools, an application through which you can establish an Internet connection through your phone, manage e-mail, transfer multimedia files, and synchronies your calendar and contacts.

For ease of messaging the phone has a system called iTAP. The phone also supports the SyncML PC synchronization standard, can be used with Motorola's Mobile Phone Tools PC application to manage and synchronize contacts, calendar and other data with your PC.
