    Learn to settle your things one at a time and if possible learn to say no to jobs that you cannot do or seek assistance from your friends to complete them.
    At times in life, you need to be firm in your decision for the benefit of your health.
    Lesser workload or responsibilities means lesser stress.
    When you minimize your stress, you will not prone to frequent anxiety attacks.
  2. Don't dwell of your problems - Problems will always exist as long as we all live.
    Every humans have their own problem but how you perceive them is what matters.
    Don't see problems as a burden but perceive them as a challenge.
    The different perceptions you have on them can mean between extreme burden or motivational factors for you.
  3. Take up a hobby - If you are always immersed in your quest to be successful in your work, it is time that you give yourself a breathing space by taking up a hobby.
    Hobbies are a wonderful way to distract you from all your problems and concerns.
    If your mind are engrossed in something that you love, it will be more relax and less prone to high anxiety.
    When it is always occupied with healthy things, it has no rooms to wander and produce disturbing thoughts.
  4. Watch what you eat - Improve your diet by eating more organic and fresh foods.
    if you have been drinking alcoholic drinks, quit them now.
    Replace alcohol with plenty of plain water or fresh fruit juice.
    You will be amazed of the difference in you.
  5. Quality sleep - Try to get plenty of quality sleeps.
    When you have the chance to take a short nap, do so even if it means that you have to put your work on hold.
    A good sleep will produce a healthier mind.
    With a good mind, you will be able to handle stress better.
There you go, these are some of the tips that I have personally applied on myself during my high anxiety years which have now become a history in my life.
If I and other thousands of sufferers can be anxiety-free, there is no reason at all that you cannot.
