No Cause For Alarm With Anxiety Panic Attack Symptoms

Have you ever been in a situation and found that it was hard to breathe? How about shaking and sweating like crazy and you actually thought that you were going crazy because you DON'T know what is going on when you have your first anxiety or panic attack? Remember that your heart was going a 100 miles a minute and it was roaring in your ears? And there was that feeling that you were going to die or that something terrible was going to happen and you didn't know what and that you couldn't do anything about it anyway? You know full well how to have anxiety panic attack symptoms in wake of a full strength panic attack.
If you just had your first attack, then you need to know that you are not crazy and that you are not going crazy and that you won't go crazy.
Fact is lots of other people have had anxiety panic attack symptoms at some point in their lives and have had them several times throughout their lives.
You will not die from having another one no matter what having the first one made you think.
Thing is that once a person has had one , it becomes one of the most traumatizing experiences of their lives.
It was for me the worst experience I have ever had.
The trauma can be so terrifying that you can suffer a terrible fear of having more.
It can rob you of your self esteem and keep you from enjoying life to the fullest and make you want to shut yourself away from others and society in general.
I know I did.
You fail to realize that there is nothing to be scared of.
We all have a security system hard wired into us that tells us when danger is around and it is a good thing because it tells us when and how to survive.
It is the fight or flight syndrome and the panic attacks are a result of it going bonkers ,telling us to answer to a false alarm .
The panic comes in from not knowing how to respond or what to respond to.
So we feel open to the fear and let it take over, not knowing that there is no threat at all.
After the first panic attack episode , most people obsess over having another attack and this actually fuels the fire for another attack because being scared of having one is the fastest way to actually have one.
I went that route for a long time.
By refusing to think about the fear of being a victim of anxiety panic attack symptoms you drop your chances of having another one considerably.
The best tip for panic attack that I can think of is to not be afraid of having one.
Any one can put the anxiety and panic behind them by knowing that they can take them head on.
Another tip for panic attack is look for effective methods to face them.
Think of them as something small and weak and see yourself stepping on them in your minds eye and smashing them into the ground .
Use imagery like this and see yourself as the victor and strong and capable.
Capable leads to confidence then no fear and the disappearance of any and all anxiety panic attack symptoms.
