Remember how I mentioned earlier that the weight loss,health and diet industries are very lucrative now a days? It is because of the amount of money people like us spend now on Health care, Diet Programs and Dietary supplements.
Remember that all your daily Vitamins, Minerals intake etc, can be met from Vegetables, Fruits and Lean Meat from your local Supermarket.

What I mean by this is that once you're into a routine where you are eating say 5 meals a day, walking say 30 minutes at least once a day and your Cholesterol levels are consistently low ensuring better health.
