- 1). Pour the buckwheat flour into an airtight container. As you pour, check for any signs of moisture. If you spot any, you must discard it and purchase a new supply.
- 2). Store the sealed container in the refrigerator. Keep the top sealed whenever you are not using it. Again, check for signs of moisture every time you use it.
- 3). Discard the buckwheat flour after six months. After that amount of time, buckwheat flour loses a significant portion of its nutritional value and begins to decay.
