Lucid dreaming can be great.
While in a lucid dream, you will discover that you currently are in a dream from there you can have control over what happens.
From there on in, you are able to do anything you desire in the dream also you can manifest anything you can imagine.
But, what is this all about anyway? Okay, the main thing is, you will realize that you happen to be in a dream.
The first time you experience it, you will then get the reason that I am completely passionate when it comes to this type of dream.
There are low-lucid dreams and high-lucid dreams.
In low-lucid dreams while sleeping, you will probably realize that you are dreaming but you usually will not fully get that nothing is able to do any damage to you permanently, that you are sleeping in your comfortable bed at home, or that the characters residing in your lucid dream are really simply mental representations.
While having dreams that are highly-lucid, you will have those benefits that you don't get while having dreams that are low-lucid at night.
While in a dream, to maintain it, a tip that I want to give you is: focus on it and remain calm.
Once you get the hang of this skill and have had a few, it will be easier for you to have more in the future.
The hard part is just having that first dream in which you know that you are awake.
Also, once you have had this experience a few times, you will begin to get the hang of it.
Then, you will be able to do more and more things next time.
Think of it like a hobby.
The more you experience this and the more you practice, the better you will get and the more fun your sleep time will become.
Aside from being fun, this type of dreaming can be used to practice skills that you want to get better at.
It can also be used to overcome fears or nightmares.
If you are in a nightmare and you realize that the dream is not real, it will be much easier for you to relax and face your fear.
One small tidbit of advice before I go: if you would like to do one thing that will get you started on your way to vibrant dreaming now, I suggest that you begin to remember your dreams.
You simply can think about the lucid dream you just had when you wake up from it or you have the option to simply tell a trusted one.
Another option is to jot your dreams into a dream journal after you awaken.
