Let's face it guys if you are overweight chances are that you are not exercising enough.
You joke about avoiding exercise, you make excuses why you don't have the time and you even make fun of those exercise nuts who are pounding the pavement interrupting your breakfast donut.
Am I being to cruel? Well you know how much of it is true for you.
If you would rather watch TV than go for a walk, if you have twenty good reasons why you are too busy to exercise, if you can't get out of bed early enough to get to the gym, if you would rather supersize your meal than get on the exercise bike then you my friend have some serious exercise resistance.
Lets back up a little.
You are overweight and you need to lose some weight, that thinking will fail you every time.
We all know we need to do things in our lives, some we get to, some we don't.
The things we manage in our lives are the things we place most importance on.
If you think you need to lose weight you are probably right, but that is not nearly enough to achieve any tangible outcome.
Once you arrive at the point that you must lose weight you can now start your journey.
This is not some airy fairy hippy thinking its just common sense.
If you must do something then you will find ways to achieve it.
If you must do something you will accept setbacks and keep moving forward.
If exercise is a dirty word you have several choices.
1.
Do nothing and just keep putting on weight and complaining about it.
And keep annoying people by explaining your grand plans to join a gym.
2.
Get over your problem about exercise and just do it.
3.
Change your mind and thinking around exercise and make a start.
The first isn't going to help and the second will just cause you continued frustration, but the third is the key to your success.

Look for small opportunities to move more.
Walk a little further to work or the supermarket.
Take the stairs more often, go to places where people are active and join in a bit a t a time.
2.
Pace yourself.
If you are unfit, don't go nuts for a couple of days and hurt yourself.
3.
Address your resistance to exercise directly through advanced hypnosis.
Clean out all those limiting beliefs and start enjoying exercise.
