- 1). Mince four bird's eye chilies, four large onions and two bulbs garlic, using a large chef's knife. It is important for the ingredients to be chopped as finely as possible, to allow for proper infusion in solution.
- 2). Place the vegetables in a medium-sized cooking pot.
- 3). Add six cups of water to the pot. Place the pot on a stove over medium heat.
- 4). Bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 5). Cover the pot with a lid and allow the mixture to steep for 24 hours.
- 6). Strain the mixture through a fine strainer to remove the vegetable solids.
- 7). Add six tablespoons of liquid dish detergent to the strained liquid. Mix gently with a metal spoon until thoroughly combined.
- 8). Pour the liquid into a clean, dry spray bottle.
- 9). Spray the liquid onto the tops and undersides of leaves. The spray will kill live spiders, and prevent eggs from hatching.

Re-apply the mixture to your house plant every two weeks until your spider problem subsides.
