Sleep anxiety is a psychological problem that originates from insomnia, or the "inability to sleep". When you have sleep anxiety you have an addiction to worrying about your sleeplessness so much so that it makes it even more difficult to sleep. This limitless pattern makes most victims' lifestyles unpleasant as they are not getting their needed amount of rest to stay healthy which in return causes the sufferer to experience a "rundown" or "burnt-out" feeling. A typical example is worrying about how much sleep you got the past night which will cause you to fear about how much sleep you will get the following evening. The fact that it is habit can be a positive and/or negative thing to you depending on how you look at it.
