In our world, right now, at least there are at least 40 million Americans who suffer from Anxiety. As many people know Anxiety is very serious and has affected many of our friends, family, and possibly even yourself. However, there is a way to help people remove anxiety from there lives without psychiatric care, the use of medication, or just trying to "keep thinking positive"....
There are many times in a person's life where things may be very stressful or one may feel anxious, these are only normal experiences. However, for one suffering from anxiety, it is far from normal. The feeling is much worse and is a very horrifying experience.
Someone who suffers from anxiety can experience anything from dizzy spells and tightening of the throat, to having their heart race and continuous hot flashes and an overwhelming fear of anxiety. Our goal is to get rid of that feeling, now and forever.
When people begin to experience panic attacks or anxiety, they tend to try and avoid situations that make them anxious, or they medicate themselves to the point where they are numb to fear. These are the wrong answers and it does not help in the removal of anxiety.
In the event that someone experiences a panic attack for their very first time, it leaves an imprint on their psyche. This mental imprint creates a cycle of anxiety where one may develop a great fear of experiencing another panic attack, which causes more stress and anxiety which may lead to another panic attack. This cycle is detrimental to ones health and people may be caught in it from anywhere from months to years in this cycle.
One very important step to removing anxiety from your life is to break the cycle, and the only way to break the cycle is to get the individual to no longer fear the thought of having a panic attack.
