Fax Won't Print

• 1). Print the fax so you'll have a copy of it. On the center of the control panel, press the button labeled "Menu/Set." Next press the following numbers on the keypad, 2, 5 and 3, to reprint your data. The screen, above the "Menu" button, should display "Print Fax."
  
  
• 2). Press the "Job Cancel" button on the left side of the control panel to cancel the job and clear it from the memory.
  
  
• 3). Check the ink cartridge to make sure that there's ink in the fax if nothing prints.
  
  

Vertical Black Lines When Receiving a Fax

• 1). Clean the primary corona wire situated under the front cover by gently pushing the blue tab back and forth a few times. The drum unit and the toner cartridge assembly should be pulled out first and placed on a clean surface.
  
  
• 2). Replace the drum unit and the toner cartridge assembly.
  
  
• 3). Ask the sender of the fax to resend it. It's possible that the problem is with their machine, not yours.
