There's no need for creams, pills, and other gimmicks to delay premature ejaculation when your body already has the tools for control (and those other methods don't work that well anyway).
What we have is the pubococcygeus muscle.
This muscle can be responsible for ejaculation control, if you train it properly.
The problem is that most guys have weak "PC muscles" (PC is the often used abbreviation for the pubococcygeus muscle), and don't learn how to train it properly.
Once you begin triggering this muscle, and exercising it, you gain more control over it.
But first you have to find it.
The easiest way to find the pubococcygeus muscle is by urinating and then stopping.
When you stop urination mid-flow, you will feel the muscle that tenses up and performs this stopping function.
This is the PC.
Once identified, you have a few options for exercising it:
- There are programs on the net which provide exact routines where you can delay ejaculation by exercising the PC.
These are very good, as the user tends to see results as quickly as possible.
One of the problems with exercising the PC is the constant trial and error, and lack of a good, proper routine to follow for quick results. - The other option is to start performing "flexes" with this muscle.
Stay seated and just start flexing your PC as many times as you can.
Rest and then repeat.
You can perform this exercise whenever you are seated, even in public as it's very indiscreet and no one is aware that you are performing your flexes.
