One pure fish oil producer readily admits that they do not fully understand why their naturally blended product has two and half times the anti-inflammatory properties of so called normal oils.
Theirs is a natural product and in their words nature has had its way and produced a product that has had the desired effect.
Who of us has not experienced the discomfort or even severe pain of some form of inflammation? It could have been the swelling caused by a twisted ankle or an allergic reaction to some substance we came in contact with.
I have a clear memory of when I was a young lad of suddenly having a severely swollen left leg.
It was twice the size of my right leg and to get into my trousers the seam had to be undone and loosely held together, I can not remember what with.
I hadn't fallen out of a tree or been tackled playing football, it just seemed to have come from no where.
The Doctor asked me what I had been doing before it happened and I wasn't able to give an answer until I mentioned that I had been tunneling through our overgrown Privet Hedge in our back garden.
Simply put I had an allergic reaction to something I had touched in the soil which had caused the swelling.
Problem identified and if memory serves me correctly he said to just rest it until it returned to its normal size.
Which thankfully it did.
There was no hiding this inflammation and it hurt that I do remember.
Many endure the pain that arthritis inflicts on its sufferers and have the outward signs of swollen joints to prove it.
Even though we can't see inflammation it will or can still be painful as it can occur internally and cause aches and pains, cramps and a whole list of other symptoms which can lead to serious health issues.
The problem is that its not obvious like my swollen leg or caused by rare contact with something out of the ordinary like my youthful leg did.
Our daily diet can be one of the problem areas that lead to internal inflammation.
Inadequate amounts of healthy drinking water can also contribute to this, as our bodies need sufficient water to remove any accumulating toxins.
And if we were to take a quick peek at a list of foods that are on the no no list then we will find included lots of so called comfort foods.
Considering changing our dietary habits to a more healthy one and also including drinking more water will have a beneficial impact so its worth becoming more healthy diet minded while also considering ways to supplement our bodies nutritional needs.
Increasing our intake of fatty acids such as Pure Fish Oil will help counteract the detrimental impact internal inflammation can have on our physical well being.
It's definitely worth learning more about the one with two and half times the anti-inflammatory properties of other natural oils.
