Today I worked my regular job making a living for my family. I am a lucky one who works in an industry that needs my services no matter what the state of the economy is in. After work, I went in my room to relax for a bit before I made dinner for my kids and watched the news.
It amazes me each and every day what I hear and see about our government and it's radical growth and ideas. First I want to touch on the brief speech president Obama gave this evening at the Radio and Television correspondent dinner.
Our country is on the verge of complete and total bankruptcy, and he is joking about Governor Schwarzenegger being a celebrity, get me out of here, in reference to the new NBC reality series. You can bail out irresponsible auto makers, banks and housing firms, spend our grandchildren into poverty, but at the same time, joke about the most populated state in the union.
Obama tells the audience to look under your seat, (using an Opera incident), and get your auto company. HUH? When will any American besides those in big government or the big companies in bed with the Obama administration going to see any benefits from our money come back to us?
The answer is never. Our great grandchildren won't even see the benefits. They will still be paying for it.
How about that crack about Fox getting AIG? Why is Obama so afraid of Fox news! Why? Because they are the most honest and powerful voice American people have, and Obama is afraid.
Without Fox news, the American people would never get the truth from the bias left media. Not to mention that Fox has blown all the other news organizations out of the water with ratings, which also shows a favorable sign that the American people are finally getting fed up and seeing that Obama is showing his true colors.
President Obama, with the aid of what most call the author of the stimulus plan, Nancy Palosi, pushed the stimulus bill through as if, if it wasn't approved immediately, our economy would collapse overnight. How about that! Now it's signed and guess what? 4 days later, Obama spends more of our tax dollars to fly to Denver in a ceremonial signing of the stimulus.
Of course the people couldn't stand for that, so we complained about the stimulus, (spending) bill and that the democrats signed it without reading it. So to appease us American's, congress spends more of our tax dollars to hire a speed reader and tried to humiliate and demean our intelligence.
Individual states are losing their powers to run their states based on individual needs of the people of those states like it used to be, while government acted as a resource those states could look to for guidance if needed in times of need, and to ensure states are looking out for the best interest of it's residence. That is no longer the case.
So America, what do we do next? Sit back and ride out the storm? Unfortunately, we have done that for far too long and this storm will leave catastrophic damage in it's path if we don't prepare to divert the weather in it's current path and blow the far left radicals out to sea and use our power of the polls and get rid of them.
In less than two years, we can help by firing those who support this radical change and stand up and not be afraid to get those dinosaurs out now and bring in some fresh new conservative views and bring down this huge government and bring it back to the people.
In less than 4 years now, really pay attention this time. We don't need a rock star, well, maybe Ted Nugent would argue with that, but lets face it, Obama was elected largely based on media hype appealing to the young crowd who have no clues yet what this country needs or wants out of a president.
41% of American's identify themselves with a conservative and only 23% as liberal leaving 36% as moderate. These figures, if not right on, they are very close.
We have seen in a very short time this administration push radical change through his system, rolling over anyone who gets in the way, just ask the inspector general about that. Uh! I mean former inspector general.
It's time to wake up a sleeping giant. The American people. That was a reference to the blockbuster movie Pearl Harbor. That reference is not far off base. When the japanese invaded Pearl Harbor, we American's woke up and took action and ended a world war with a strong victory.
We need to do it again, this time with the power of the people and the ballot. this time we are fighting a new revolutionary war against our own government that was put in place for the people by the people, and it's now out of control.
We are ready and we are coming. 2010 first, then 2012. We won't have guns, we won't have ammo, What we will have is a voice and a ballot.
Lets hope more American's stand up and join in to take back our country from the greedy politicians we elected, republicans and democrats both, and get them out of office before we lose those values and freedoms our founding fathers and the rest of our nations heroes fought so hard for us to have.
We do have some good people in Washington, however they are few and far between and are now a minority and get blackballed if they speak out.
That is almost as bad as the rest, if you can't stand up to the greed in Washington, then you have no business running for office. The few that do stand up, have no support from fellow representatives that their words fall short and no one listens. I am slowly seeing that change with the help of Fox news and conservative talk radio which our President likes to mock.
We are the Sleeping Giants The American People. WAKE UP AMERICA, WE THE PEOPLE. Don't forget that! 6/19/2009
