The pattern of diet for weight loss will vary from one person to another person according to one's age factor, sickness, obesity etc.
If you try to loss your physical weight chronically, it is better to leave such endeavor.
The reason is you cannot maintain as long as possible.
In doing so, you are not going to have any kind of positive result.
Curtailing your diet or avoiding some kind food ever for a longer period or taking controlled diet suddenly with less sugar, less salt or without even a pinch of salt etc.
, are not so easy things to maintain even for a short time.
"Healthy eating for weight loss is mainly meant for taking well balanced diet".
For well balanced diet or healthy diet, you have no need to search any kind of particular vegetables.
From my point of view, Healthy Eating is nothing but you have to change your entire style and pattern of living as follows: You should not live for eating.
But you have to eat for living.
If you are ready to eat all kinds of "seasonal vegetables and fruits" without fail, this is called balanced diet.
While you walk, you should not carry your body.
But your body has to move spontaneously.
If you want to maintain your body in such a manner, it is always advisable to have 50% of food, 25% of water and 25% free stomach.
Try to eat normal quantity of food.
Do not try to eat excessively always.
Your physical walking style has to be same as your breathing style.
Your breathing has to be happening spontaneously as it is happening during your sound sleeping.
You should not try to do that with your own effort.
In the same manner, you have to walk spontaneously; you should not try to move your body with your strain and effort.
Try to avoid eating sweets and high cholesterols items often.
But you can taste them whenever you like to taste them.
It is always better to avoid "white colored food" like milk, rice, curd, cheese, ghee, highly carbohydrate foods, salt, sugar etc.
It is always advisable to take colored food like greens, curry leaves, fruits, salads with fine fresh vegetables, etc.
Try to avoid non vegetarian if possible.
If it is not possible to completely avoid, then take them for flavoring purpose.
Not to take them for eating purpose.
Usually white people will not use much oil in their cooking.
So I no need to say about oil.
Regular exercise thrice in a week, regular walking even for half an hour will be giving you better result.
Try to walk and finish your work as much as possible.
Especially on your residence, try to do all your own work daily.
Do not disturb others.
Eating slowly is one method which will help you to take off pounds.
Try to eat your own or own family preparation.
Avoid fast food items compulsory.
Try to avoid taking untimely diet.
Then skipping meals will always lead to out of control hunger.
Every time, when you go for eating, if you are so hungry, you will forget even about nutrient diet and quantity of in taking, and then you will start to take excessively.
Whether you are in hungry or not, take timely diet as per your need.
Try to avoid snacks always.
You cannot be controlled on your snacks if you start to eat them.
But you can taste them whenever it is necessary.
If you are fond of fried non vegetarian items, you no need to avoid them completely.
You can eat them less once or twice in a week.
But before you control your diet, it is always better to have a complete check up and according to your physician's advice you can start to follow your diet control.
Please do not expect to have a sudden change or weight loss.
This is always very hassle and it will create so many undiagnosed problems on your health.
Keeping your healthy body in a well to do manner is an art.
You can keep usefully if have enough mind.
